The Rubber Duck brand initially started in 2005, when founder Eik Braun Ottosen launched his first shoe line. The inspiration for the boot came from Eik’s childhood memories in Greenland that inspired the design for the ‘ultimate winter boot.’ The design consists of a fitted ankle boot in patent material, with a durable padded sole that provides grip and support during the icy period. A faux fur lined interior ensures that feet are kept warm in spite of the cold weather and a Velcro strap – completed by the Rubber Duck logo - is situated around the ankle ensuring that this designer women’s boot is constantly secure throughout periods of activity.
